At SUNSET KITCHEN's, we make sure all items are carefully inspected before dispatch.

 However, in rare cases where an issue arises, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
The item received is broken/damaged.
The item is different from what you ordered.
The item was sent to you by mistake.

Important Conditions
A complaint must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Proof is required (clear photos/videos of the product and packaging).
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dislike of product, or ordering the wrong item.

Share your order number, complaint details, and photo/video proof.
Our support team will review and confirm if your order is eligible for return/refund.

Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.
